1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
2 tablespoons grade B maple syrup, agave or honey
Add almond milk to a mason jar or large container. Whisk in chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut and maple syrup. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shaved chocolate or coconut.
